Can I upload any Excel risk assessment?
The workflow expects the structure of a MeineGBU Excel file. Compatibility with arbitrary spreadsheets is not guaranteed. Use a completed MeineGBU assessment for the supported workflow.
Is the presentation a completed training record?
No. The presentation supports preparation and delivery. The employer must still organise the actual training and its documentation; the slides alone do not prove participation or understanding.
What if I do not have a GBU yet?
Start with your risk assessment in MeineGBU. Check and adapt it before using it as the basis of a presentation. Both steps have their own safety-coin cost.
