Ja, jeder Arbeitgeber ist nach § 5 ArbSchG verpflichtet, für alle Arbeitsplätze und Tätigkeiten eine Gefährdungsbeurteilung durchzuführen – unabhängig von der Betriebsgröße.
Mechanische Gefährdungen (Maschinen), Lärm, Staub, Absturzgefahr, Gefahrstoffe (Lacke, Lösemittel), elektrische Gefährdungen und physische Belastungen durch schweres Heben.
Ja, Sie können für jede Tätigkeit (z.B. Schweissen, Holzbearbeitung, Malerarbeiten) eine eigene Gefährdungsbeurteilung erstellen.
Bis zum 31.10.2026 benötigt ein GBU-Entwurf 5 Sicherheitsmünzen; das passende 5er-Einmalpaket kostet 49 €. Ab dem 01.11.2026 benötigt er 10 Sicherheitsmünzen; das passende 10er-Einmalpaket kostet 99 €. Eine optionale SiFa-Prüfung benötigt 10 zusätzliche Sicherheitsmünzen. Aktuelle Pakete und vorhandenes Guthaben können den nötigen Zukauf beeinflussen.
Der Excel-Entwurf ist eine Arbeitshilfe. Prüfen und ergänzen Sie Tätigkeiten, Bewertungen und Maßnahmen fachkundig anhand Ihres Betriebs; eine optionale SiFa-Prüfung kann dabei unterstützen. Eine Anerkennung durch eine Behörde wird nicht zugesichert.
