Ja. Die Pflicht zur Gefährdungsbeurteilung gilt ab dem ersten Beschäftigten – unabhängig von der Betriebsgröße. Auch Mini-Jobber und Aushilfen zählen.
Wenn im Lager andere Gefährdungen auftreten als im Verkaufsraum (z.B. Gabelstapler, Regalhöhe, schwere Lasten), sollte der Lagerbereich als eigener Arbeitsbereich in der GBU erfasst werden.
Die VBG fordert eine Beurteilung des Überfallrisikos im Einzelhandel. MeineGBU berücksichtigt dies und schlägt Schutzmaßnahmen vor (Kassenführung, Beleuchtung, Notrufsysteme).
