Ja, der Arbeitgeber hat auch im Homeoffice eine Fursorgepflicht. Bei Telearbeit (fester Heimarbeitsplatz) gelten die vollen ArbStattV-Anforderungen.
Telearbeit: fester Bildschirmarbeitsplatz zu Hause, vom Arbeitgeber eingerichtet → volle ArbStattV. Mobiles Arbeiten: wechselnde Orte (Cafe, Zug) → Fursorgepflicht, aber weniger formale Anforderungen.
Bei Telearbeit ja – der Arbeitgeber muss sicherstellen, dass der Arbeitsplatz den Anforderungen entspricht. Bei mobilem Arbeiten muss er unterweisen und Gefährdungen beurteilen.
Soziale Isolation, Entgrenzung (kein Feierabend), ständige Erreichbarkeit, fehlende Trennung von Arbeit und Privatleben, eingeschrankte Kommunikation.
