Häufig gestellte Fragen
Ja, auch für Büro- und Bildschirmarbeitsplätze ist eine GBU nach § 5 ArbSchG Pflicht. Zusätzlich gelten die Anforderungen der ArbStattV.
Seit 2013 muss die GBU auch psychische Belastungen erfassen (§ 5 Abs. 3 Nr. 6 ArbSchG). Dazu zählen Arbeitsinhalte, Arbeitsorganisation, soziale Beziehungen und Arbeitsumgebung.
Wenn die Arbeitsplätze gleichartig sind, reicht eine GBU für den Typ. Bei individuellen Unterschieden (Großraumbüro vs. Einzelbüro) sind separate Beurteilungen sinnvoll.
ArbSchG § 5, ArbStattV, Bildschirmarbeitsverordnung (in ArbStattV aufgegangen), ASR-Regeln (Beleuchtung, Raumklima, Fluchtwege).
